"Lovely hotel in ideal Latin Quarter location."

Beautiful hotel, great location, very finely and helpful staff.

Room 3 is next to the stairwell which was incredibly loud and the sound vibrates into the room.

Although the hotel was nicely decorated and in a quiet locaties, unless you had a room at the front of the hotel, the rooms were dark and not particularly pleasant (our room faced a wall on the opposide side of the hotel). Not particularly helpful reception staff for general queries and i woujd have expected better customer service and value for money for a four star hotel.
