Es bastante céntrico.

Mi cama estaba mojada, esperé que me cambiaran de habitación, lo que hicieron fue cambiarme el cubre cama, fue un asco total dormir en ese colchón mojado. Teníamos que ir a recepción para que nos encendieran la calefacción, bastante incómodo.
