Extremely clean rooms and bathroom. Felt very safe and there was always someone at the entry to let you in and keep unwanted people out. Big spacious room with all the facilities you need. In the heart of Dublin with a five minute walk to the spire. Perfect guesthouse for a night or weekend away to Dublin.

The first room they put us in was terrible, underground and with no working lights. They changes us to a new one upstairs and it was better but we couldn't work out the shower because there were no instructions anywhere and none given to us on our arrival. Also we could here the people right above us as if there were elephants walking about, not to mention they partied until late and kept waking us up.

The accommodation was well-located, within walking distance to the bus and train stations, and everywhere I was spending time. For travelling further, a bus stop was just around the corner. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants close by too. The room was private and very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful any time we had contact, and the downstairs lounge area was nice to sit in too.

No issue with the accommodation, but some loud individuals could often gather around the area outside, shouting / drinking / arguing. Luckily they moved along each time and no major disruption.

Very nice accommodation in city centre. 5 minutes walk from Main GPO O’Connell street. Easy to commute all main sites. Maximum 15-20 minutes walk to everywhere. Easy to access Trains, Trams and busses. Staff were very nice. Zainab the Manager is very lovely and helpful. Property and room was very clean and comfy. Better than the pictures and way better than all reviews. Loved it and full recommended.

Easy location, comfortable, clean and quiet.

Nothing really. A bit pricey for what you get, but I suppose that’s Dublin.
