Horrible. Felt unsafe, dirty, and people were rude and unprofessional.

I arrived and my room was rented to someone else...refused to give me my money back. The worker was wearing pajamas I crawled out of one of the rooms when she came to the office very unprofessional. The office is disgusting it looks nothing like the pictures online I can only imagine what the rooms look like. The manager wouldn't even come and speak to me. I am still trying to get my money back this place is ridiculous do not stay here

Upon checking in asked about Jacuzzi tub. As soon as I walked in we were over whelmed by the smell very heavy deodorizer ! I filled the tub up and it did not work. All in about 10 minutes and wanted refund. Call all my #s for that am I am waiting. Just horrible you should not even have them on your hotels.com

It was not the Ritz, but it was a friendly and inviting place for my family and me when we needed it most. Great rates!

No pillowcases on pillows. No tissues in room. No plastic cups. Nothing available for coffee Heater sounded as if on last leg Wouldn’t step into tub/shower

Filthy... I stayed over a week. Housecleaning was never offered. Breakfast, never served..

Instead of sharing my experience. I’ll share some advice. Bring your own; towels, washcloths, bedding, bug spray, ear plugs, coffee, phone, WiFi hotspot, travelers insurance, and solid soled shoes that are puncture/needle proof.

There was no breakfast. The room was filthy. Considered sleeping in my car instead of the hotel. Most disgusting place I have ever stepped foot into. Luckily there was a Walmart nearby and I was about to get some sheets.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I WAS SCAMMED FOR MY DEPOSIT! I CALLED 3 DAYS LATER TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DEPOSIT....WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULDNT FIND WHAT ROOM I WAS IN AND TO GIVE THEM A FEW MORE DAYS AND I WOULD RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT ON MY CARD...WELL ITS 4 WEEKS LATER AND I HAVE TALKED TO ALMOST EVERY EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THE MONEY WAS DEPOSITED BACK TO A WELLS FARGO BANK ACCOUNT...I DONT EVEN HAVE WELLS FARGO!!!! THE EMPLOYEES THERE DONT DO THERE JOB HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR JUST FOR MY ROOM TO GET "STOCKED WITH TOWELS" THEN ONLY HAD ONE TOWEL....OH AND CANT FORGET THE TOILET PAPER THEY PUT IN THE ROOM WAS USED AND DIRTY!!
