The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! However, the room was pretty poor. There were no wash cloths or trash cans. Under the sink there was a fast-food wrapper with ketchup packets and the provided towel was dirty. In addition to that, the toilet continually ran all night and the shower water was barely like warm and the bathtub had no drain plug so a bath was out of the question. The bed had no fitted sheet so I used my own blanket and slept on top of the sheets, it was moderately comfortable.

Was not very good. Can't recommend this place.

The place was dirty, rundown, stains everywhere, and full of flies and bugs. Front desk staff was not helpful.

We showed up at the property they told us at 2:00 PM that they had no rooms cleaned to check back in 1 to 2 hours checked in in two hours they told us still no rooms cleaned for us made us wait till 6 o’clock and then told us they rented all the rooms had to turn around and drive home two hours away call Dara hotel corporate and filed a complaint

What a terrible mistake I made by choosing this inexpensive option! Buyer beware. If you are not satisfied. You will not get a refund. Not even pro-rated! I was there 5 minutes on Aug 14th. Checked in dropped my bag off in the room, and left to visit family. I returned at 9pm. First off the Direct TV does not work. I had to call front desk on my cell, as the rooms have no phones. She said maintenance would come. 30 minutes no maintenance. I was going to take a shower, but upon closer inspection of the room., the beds sheets and pillow cases had not been washed. Signs of bedbugs near bottom and underside of mattress. Carpet floors were stinky and the room smelled of a Smoking room! I called the front desk and told her this is not working out, I did not want to stay at this hotel, it was NASTY. I just wanted to check out and get a refund. She saidcome down and that should be no problem. I got to front desk and thought I was going to be refunded. I was verbally atttacked by the young girls. They stated. "You have been here 6 hours, have taken a shower and laid on the bed" I said "Oh really"? I have not even been here, until now! Explained the conditions of the room. I was told that the manager stated "No Refund" I asked for a pro rata charge for their so called 6 hours. I was old no, so I asked for my second day refund. Told no again. Not allowed to speak with a manager. Go figure! The pics posted on the websites for booking are all of some other location. Don't stay here!

staff is very very friendly and nice. Rooms are big but room would not cool down. Sheets on bed were stained, had live bugs crawling on them from outside. Then I found a dead bedbug. Checked the mattress for signs of bedbugs but there were no signs. The mattress was old and dirty. It was to late (1am) to look for another place to stay. Management did give us another room. The sheets in that room were nice, clean, and very white. Room was nice, clean, and cool. Had no sign of bedbugs on mattress.

The lady at the front desk was helpful and I think she was doing her best. Unfortunately the hotel was not well stocked or cared for. When we arrived at the room one of the beds was missing the blanket and pillow cases. There were 20-30 crickets in the room. The floor was so dirty the bottoms of my son’s feet turned black. There were dirty smears on the walls. The photos for this property are either outdated or from a different location. The only up side was the price.

Horrible, unclean, bugs all over even in the bed. Did not feel safe, especially with covid 19 going around. Refused my request for a refund despite deplorable conditions.

Cancelled my stay and then charged my card. To do this to a veteran is as low as you get.
