Incredible stay. Upgraded room. Crib waiting for us upon arrival. Front desk staff always available and helpful. Jhonathan was very helpful with bags and advice. Breakfast excellent. Pool was nice.

Very good vibes from start to finish, the hotel is luxury in itself. The location is central and has a lot of nightlife in the area, with many eateries and entertainment within walking distance. Driving in Downtown Miami can get stressful and full of people so I'm glad for the valet services that are offered. Ramon Chavez from valet was especially very quick with service and attentive, making that experience much appreciated. Everything was better than expected.

"Girls trip"
