Good central location.

Dirty floors and rooms. Poorly maintained. The bathroom was a disability bathroom and was not very nice. The tea and coffee facilities were minimal. The PowerPoints didn’t work properly. Our room neighboured onto a nightclub which had music pumping all night.

The location is fantastic, very close to attractions and the staff are friendly .

The TV sets do not allow streaming from your device like Netflix, YouTube etc. The air conditioning is 100% controlled by the front desk staff, so you have to make a call to them to change the temperature in the room. Lots of noise during the night as people slamming doors in the middle of the night. The showers glass door had no rubber stoppers so glass closing on glass will end up in a smashed shower door at one stage. The single beds tipped over if you reach for something on the side table. The rooms are very dusty constantly sneezing and asthma.

Very helpful staff, breakfast was good, beds very comfortable.

Air con broke in our room on the last night, staff were very apologetic the next morning upon check out. Bit of a seedy street, but it is close to Capitol theatre and transport connections.
