The location is perfect in the CBD, it is right next to a shopping mall and a supermarket. You can reach most places by walking or taking public transportation. Restaurants are not far from the hotel.

The room-cleaning service during our five-day stay was not professional. The first room-cleaning service was completed, but it left all the used towels in our room. The receptionist said they were left because they were hanging on somewhere, not on the floor. Another time, the room was not cleaned after I asked the service staff in person and hung the cleaning notice sign on the door handle. By the time we came back, the room was the same as when we left it. All used towels are on the floor. The receptionist gave me some clean towels but refused to admit the mistake : ( My advice is to tell the receptionist about the room cleaning. Otherwise, it can be forgotten by the service staff. By the time we checked out at about 4 am (early morning), we were questioned in an unfriendly way about the payment not being made. I have to show the Booking.com page to prove the payment was completed before the check-in. We were in a hurry to catch a flight back to Auckland, and this made me annoyed. Ain't this supposed to be confirmed or sorted by the time we check in??

Close walking distance to Darling harbour shopping and Capitol Theatre for a show. And the inclusive breakfast was great value
