USFabulous location very close to the Duomo, Piazza Della Signoria and more. Very warm welcome, great attentiveness to service and excellent breakfast. Shout out to Filippo who manned the front desk most of the our visit - he took special care and helped us with multiple things. And secondly to Daniel who attended to us at breakfast for 3 days. Excellent deluxe room, great bedding and incredibly convenient. Not one thing short.

It was a beautiful property. For the price the quality of the breakfast could have been better, and we asked for a bag to be mailed and they wouldn’t do it because it was a Sunday. We had hoped to not have to bring it on the train again. Overall, however, the staff was great and the property is beautiful and conveniently located.
