Jolie hôtel, c’est tout …

Hôtel très jolie par contre la chambre une catastrophe. Aucun équipement, même pas de cintres, ni de chaussons, l’abattant des wc cassé, aucune insonorisation, avec la musique dehors obligé de porter des bouchons pour dormir, le mini frigo soit disant mini bar, rien dedans et en plus il fesait beaucoup de bruit. Nous devions y rester 4 nuits, j’avais annulé parce qu’il n’y avait pas de plateau bouilloire, j’ai bien fait.

Excellent location, great value for money, very attentive staff, and a quite varied breakfast. Highly recommended!

The room had a musty smell. I completely understand that the hotel is very old — over 400 years — but the dampness is noticeable inside the room. Also, on the last night there were leaks from the room above dripping into our bathroom. Other than that, everything was fine.

Very good location, the property has a few buildings some of them are renovated only those are good.

In check-in we got frustrated as the young male receptionist didn't want to give us the upgraded room as booked on booking.com, they said the hotel is full while there was avaliablity they lied to us, after 15 minutes argument when i said i would cancel my booking then they call the manager & give us the right room Always there is bad smell in the rooms like wood or paint smell. They don't have iron boards which is necessary. The breakfast was very bad, i had to buy from a bakery near by.

Big apartment with comfortable bed, kitchen and balcony front & back. Great location in centre of old town. Nice to see UK TV on YouTube. Great breakfast & good reception.

WiFi doesn't work in bedroom. Not much cooking facilities.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente: en plena ciudad antigua, pero en una calle sorprendentemente tranquila, lo que permite descansar sin ruido. La habitación era espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda, algo que siempre se agradece. Mención especial para los dos señores que ayudaban con las maletas y aparcaban los coches: fueron MUY amables y atentos en todo momento, marcando claramente la diferencia en el servicio.

Sin embargo, la experiencia con recepción dejó bastante que desear. Habíamos reservado un estudio que, según las fotos, era luminoso, espacioso y contaba con balcón y cocina. Al llegar, nos informaron de que nos habían hecho un “upgrade” a una suite. Aunque la suite era grande, no tenía ni balcón ni cocina, por lo que realmente no cumplía con lo que habíamos reservado. Además, tanto el baño como el vestidor (donde estaba el espejo) eran extremadamente oscuros, sin luz natural y con una iluminación artificial muy deficiente. Por si fuera poco, el wifi no funcionaba en la habitación. Solicitamos un cambio, pero el recepcionista, de forma bastante seca, nos dijo que no había disponibilidad en ese momento y que todas las habitaciones del edificio tenían la misma configuración, algo que comprobamos que no era cierto al ver otras habitaciones abiertas en la misma planta. Como solo nos quedábamos dos noches y no queríamos perder más tiempo en cambios, decidimos quedarnos, pero insistimos varias veces en que solucionaran el problema del wifi. Tras tres quejas, siempre recibíamos la misma respuesta de que iban a reiniciar el router, pero nunca llegó a funcionar. Nuestra habitación era la 2006, que recomendamos evitar, ya que otras habitaciones del mismo piso tenían una distribución claramente mejor.

Was a beautiful building with character . There’s also a modern part with character opposite the building. Both sides good in their own way.

Electricity was a bit flaky
