La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole vivere un'esperienza tranquilla e fuori dal caos del centro. Letto e cuscini davvero comodi. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ottima!

Mi dispiace dirlo ma purtroppo la nostra camera era vicina al condotto di areazione che era attivo tutta la notte, quindi abbiamo sentito un ronzio continuo. Avrei dovuto chiedere un cambio stanza. Inoltre era piena di polvere anche in conseguenza all'attivazione dell'aria condizionata durante la notte.

"A calm oasis in a busy city"

The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and fun. The breakfast was lovely with loads of options. Our room was massive and the bed was incredibly comfy. The location was also great as we were close to the boat/ferry service into town. Such a lovely stay and we'd definitely return.

Nothing to not like. It was all great!

"Gem in the woods"

A gem in a lovely secluded park away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, but within a scenic short walk and water bus etc a very short walk away, in a safe quiet area. We were met with very friendly Informative receptionist and bags brought to our room. The rooms are smallish but spotless with almost everything you need except a hairdryer. The hotel is immaculate, the staff very friendly, nothing was too much bother the bed very comfortable and vast range of produce available at breakfast which you could devour inside or outside in the garden.. A very pleasant experience and highly recommended..I will be back !

"beautiful hotel in quiet part of Venice. the longer i stayed the more i liked it."

Beautiful building in a quiet part of Venice. garden room was very nice. Staff were friendly. Vaporetto Boat stop nearby, change at lido for airport boat. magical sailing into Venice. Breakfast was great, although a bit chaotic with too many staff/guests. outside breakfast area was not open as it was winter.

not a big issue but room spotlights came on when opening door, i kept waking my wife up when getting up early. outside chair cushion's soaking wet, would be better with hard chairs which could dry.

le personnel l'hôtel et sa localisation. Malgré qu'il soit éloigné du centre l'hôtel offre un calme appréciable et un coucher du soleil à ne pas rater dans le parc à côté

Propreté à consolider même si le manager a été compréhensive et a essayé de corriger le tir. Nous étions déçus sur ce point mais cela arrive...
