Stylish hotel! very convenient location ,nice services

Check-in was easy and the counter staff welcoming and friendly. They were also multi-lingual and were only too willing to help us learn about and explore their city. Our room could be considered small by Australian standards but was in keeping with European room sizes. As we were situated on the ground floor, we had the added benefit of an opening door into a courtyard where we could have a morning coffee and pastry in the sun at our outdoor setting. Hotel facilities were as expected and of a high standard. The gym was well equipped for a small facility. Street noise was not an issue. The location of the hotel was excellent, with 2 metro(rail) stations within 5 minutes walk, on the tram and bus route and near the Old Town and shopping centres Meals were delicious.

Beautiful building not far from Old Town and within easy walking distance of tourist sights. Room small but well equipped; very comfortable bed. Not much cupboard/wardrobe space but ample for a weekend stay. Despite city centre location, well soundproofed and no traffic or other noise disturbed us. Spotlessly clean. Staff all very pleasant and helpful and a wide choice available at breakfast buffet. If visiting Prague again, would definitely stay there and would recommend to others.

Very nice, close to the old town. Easy walking distance to all of the sights. Helpful staff, great breakfast. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Prague.

The location, hotel room and facilities were absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

Charm with great location and service

Clean, kind and good location. Only one I can complain is the room size. It's smaller than I expected and the size in the pictures. But it's OK as the considering price. As a conclusion, I recommend this hotel. And I'd give a hint for enjoying the breakfast. I missed several good things like sausages and mushrooms because they were under the lids of cookers.

The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are so lovely. The building and rooms are so beautiful. Highly recommend

Good location. Large Palladium mall nearby and close to Old Town and all the sites
