During our first trip to Prague they were very helpful making arrangements.

Hotel is centrally located. It has had a recent renvovation and our room was of a very high standard.

Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and receommended a great local restaurant. The hotel was perfect for a short stay. Would definitely go back and highly recomend

Room is very dry. Once we moved to a different hotel the condition is much better. The location is great though. Convenient.

A fantastic hotel great location very friendly staff. Room was excellent the only minor point would be lack of draws. Loved everything about it to be honest. Breakfast options was excellent.

Excellent location, excellent hotel over

We stayed here for two short separate stays but loved both times. The rooms aren’t huge but are really well setup and super comfortable! The staff were all really helpful and the breakfast service was excellent. The location is in the heart of the city but just outside the heavy traffic of constant tourists. It has a shopping mall next door and supermarket 2mins away for supplies. 5mins away from a great restaurant district and walking distance to everywhere!

Early check in is UNavailable even when other people checked out earlier. And when they do let you do that, 50 EURO is required for early check in. I have never stayed in a hotel in my life that would charge you extra for checking in early...makes it very inconvenient for guests. Two free Bottled water: only available for the first day of stay and not on your subsequent dates. Does that mean customees would need to book the days separately in order to get free water bottles each day? This should be dirt cost for the hotel and as simple as this makes the overall customers experience unpleasant. Only pro is having a good location. Seriously do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
