Overall, nice hotel. Our room had some issues, including the fridge not working but nothing unresolvable. My host Nelson was especially helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my family when he was able. The vista cafe and pizza parlor were clean and enjoyable. The pool DJ was great, only downside to pool was no swim up bar.

I like the atmosphere and although it is off the strip it is still close to everything

I didn’t get the room I booked it’s like I was downgraded. I should have had the fantasy queen with a larger room and was given something other than what I actually booked and that was the reason I booked for that particular room

Overall a nice stay. Not horribly crowded, good price, room was spacious with a nice view of the south end of the Strip and the beautiful pool area. Playing was fun and had some luck. Staff, especially Anthony at the Front Desk, Alba in Housekeeping and servers in AYCE and other restaurants were excellent- fast, helpful, and always thorough. The issues we had were in ownership investment- the beds were awful- hard, lumpy and not conducive to good rest. And, the casino needs better ventilation- the smoke hangs in the casino and reminds me of years gone by. Increasing ventilation and investing in new fixtures like beds will go a long way.
