From the moment you walk in the doors and check in you feel welcomed. Just want to thank Isaias M at the rewards counter who helped out my mother and mother in law at explaining with detail everything the casino has to offer . They were so afraid to even ask for help because of the language barrier but Isaias made it so easy. Would definitely be back because of the great service .rooms were also nice and clean . I honestly love this casino 🎰

I've been visiting The Palms for the last year. Along with Isaias, at the rewards desk, the entire team, bartenders, dealers, and other staff, all have improved the friendliness and professional service. They have great weekly offers for locals and the music choices and shows do not disappoint. One recommendation, the music could be turned down one notch for old folks. By the way, they listened to my request, thanks for opening two EZ baccarat tables.
