Excellent location right in the heart of Shibuya with views of the Shibuya crossing from the main elevators. Just above the train station and central to many attractions. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Couldn't have asked for a better location! The staff was always so helpful and professional. My daughter forgot her pajamas and we called after we checked out and we were pleasantly surprised to hear that housekeeping still kept the items! We asked if they could be sent to our next hotel in Tokyo after we returned from Kyoto and they happily arranged them to be mailed for a nominal fee! If it were any hotel in the United States my daughter would have never seen those PJ's again! We are so thankful how conscientious the staff was and we happily retrieved the items at our next stay 4 days later.

Amazing location, right at the Shibuya Crossing and train station exit. The farm city market is there, so lots of shopping and food. Easy walking distance to restaurants, activities and popular shopping locations. Plus the airport bus will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Haneda Airport. They also held our luggage for us, even after we checked out, since we had a late flight out.

It requires a two elevator system to get to your room. One elevator brings you from street level into the hotel, then you have to transfer to another elevator to actually get to the guest floor rooms.
