"Great location for getting around the city with metro and JR train lines/ plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby"

Location for the station and Shibuya Scramble Crossing/ good size rooms with comfortable beds and pillows Plenty of restaurants and shopping at your doorstep

The lounge area was average as I would’ve expected it be in a better location for viewing the city. A limited variety of wine was available and didn’t have my preference of Pinot Noir

"It was a good value for the location."

The location is great if you want to be in the middle of Shibuya. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was a little difficult to find the entrance and the restaurant needs to be updated.

Corner room overlooking the Shibuya Scramble crossing. View was superb and an incredible experience, spectacular at night. Location is excellent, quick access to Shibuya Scramble and the Shibuya station.
