L'hotel est bien. L'équipe est terrible, trés mauvaise reception et des mensoges a la reception. On a demandé un berceau et confirmé le même par message et l'accueil nous dit que non, il y a pas de berceau disponible. Heuresement le responsable qui quittée son poste fin de journée a entendu et a interpellée en disant que si il y avait. Je trouve très grave. En arrivant a la chambre la clime est cassée, l'accueil nous repondre qu'il y a bien des ventilateurs et que il n'y a pas des chambres disponibles pour nous changer. C'était mensonge 2. Aprés bcp devoir montrer qu'on allait pas accepter ça avec un bébé en plein canucule il nous on mis dans autre chambre exactement dans la mêmê configuration avec clime.

The only positive factor about this hotel is its central location. But please don’t stay here. Worst hotel!!

Our room was too outdated and dirty and extremely small on the 7th floor, big stains on the ground and much dust at the corners. The roof in the bedroom and shower were angled and short and we ended up hitting our head into the wall several times. The 2 women at the reception were very rude and when I asked for anything they glared and gave me attitude. We tried to leave early and come back to the room late to just get few hrs of sleep. Absolutely terrible!!

I see many people mention that the rooms at this property do not look like the photos but our room looked exactly like the main photo and had a beautiful view over the river and opening windows which was lovely. It was large and the bed was very comfortable. The vending machine in the lobby and free hot chocolate was great but by FAR the best thing going for this property is its location. We walked to Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Arc De Triomphe and everything in between. The only 2 bad things I would mention is that the air conditioning is poor and they will not EVER check anyone in early, regardless of circumstances. Seems to be policy.

Die Lage ist top. Das geht fast nicht besser. Nettes Personal. Küchenzeile ist extrem praktisch und hier der unique selling Point.

Es hat nichts mit den Bildern zu tun. Diese sind deutlich geschönt. Die Betten sind schlecht zum liegen und verschieben sich ständig. Für den Preis wurde anhand der Bilder einfach mehr erwartet und nicht erfüllt.
