De luxe uitstraling

Veel wisseling in personeel aan receptie, voorbeeld: geen basale overdracht inwerk geweest, betaal systeem van creditcard en Booking niet snappen. Daardoor vertraging en creditcard wat bij onjuiste invoer niet werkt. Vervolgens ligt volgens staf dan aan jou creditcard. Wat niet klopt. Zo zijn er nog een paar onhandige situaties. Bij een dusdanig exclusieve locatie zou je dit niet mogen tegenkomen.

The staff was friendly. They helped out and answered any question we had. The air-conditioning worked excellent. Unlike some other hotels, it kept us cool during the hot heat wave.

The location and the size of the room

I left my luggage before check-in. They gave me two claim tickets. When I returned to get my luggage back they said the tickets didn't match with the luggage. Also mines were the only two luggage there at that moment. They asked me to describe things inside till they believed me even though I said they are mine and I recognise them clearly because they are not basic ones anyway. I mean pretty recognisable. But i felt like i wasn't trusted even though they were the ones mixed the claim tickets. I didn't like the feeling treated like a liar or whatever they thought... So i won't be back. Regardless of any other things.
