Hotel Clarks Shiraz

Amazingly beautiful hotel. Big rooms, huge lawn, great swimming pool and there is a games room too. Spotless housekeeping. There was a beautiful peacock near the pool area every evening. Some rooms have a lovely Taj view! The buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner had great variety. The Taj Mahal is very close-by, better to take an auto till the West Gate entry, as the car parking is a bit far away. There are several shops in the hotel itself, lot of variety and good prices.

I like hospitality staff was suportive best location but in room snack and cold drinks are not complementry before use pls confirm first

Valet parking attendant left parking lights on and even though it was next to security guard we found it only after taking a walk outside after 8 hours. They could not find the car keys and found it only when we left the entrance. We made the mistake of ordering continental for dinner at the Mughal. The chicken Caesar salad had limp lettuce and no creamy dressing. The pork chops were dry and stringy and tough. Overall disappointing.

Rooms were decent, swimming pool was extraordinary. Breakfast buffet had less options but it was very good.

The gaming room had faulty Air conditioners which made our experience bad. There were 2 ACs and none of them were working
