"Great location but air con not working"

The location was excellent! Right at the doorstep of Christchurch Cathedral and Dublinia and 15 minutes to Grafton Street and St Stephens Green.

Air conditioning was not working in the room. Very uncomfortable as it was the hottest day of the year. Can't move rooms as hotel is fully booked. Receptionist on the day of check-in was apologetic, helpful and provided us with fans and ice bucket. Receptionist the following day was pretty dismissive.
