Good location. Modern and clean. Professional staff.

Fabulous location. Clean simple room. Staff friendly.

Was allocated an accessible room which meant bathroom was challenging. Tiny very low sink. No shower screen so water was everywhere so had to use towels to mop it up. We probably should have asked to change but as only there for two nights felt it wasn't worth it.

Incredible location convenient to everything. Warm and welcoming staff. Large room on 5th floor overlooking cathedral was wonderful. Exceptional buffet breakfast.

Slow elevator.

Clean and comfortable. Close to lovely bars and restaurants.

The ac wasn’t working well and it was during a warm time of the year.

2 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Danach :sehr lange warten bis warmes Wasser aus dem Hahn kommt.

The location of the hotel is excellent and within easy walking distance of many of Dublin’s famous attractions. We booked a “room only” rate, just opting to take the very good buffet breakfast on an ad hoc basis. The room was a good size and offered everything we needed for our stay.

Whilst the house keeping staff was very friendly and attentive, we didn’t have any interaction with any management during our stay. Since we were there for 8 nights, it would have been great to have had a touch point midway through the stay.

Location, comfortable bed.

Reception did not answer phone when we needed assistance locating suitable parking for a vehicle above height limit for car parks. This was even though there is supposedly 24hr reception and we called 5 times. No hot water the morning we were leaving on the whole floor we were on. Understand these things happen but there was no real apology and no compensation.
