Mercure Hotel Muenchen am Olympiapark

Wassiliki Strohmeier, the Front Office Manager was especially attentive to her clients, friendly and very helpful.

This is a solid hotel for that is near a Tram line in a decent, but not spectacular, neighborhood. The room is clean, relatively quiet and the wi-fi works well. For seeing the sights, there is the aforementioned Tram just one block away. The front desk team is also very nice and helpful. Personally, I would prefer to stay near a subway station for easier access to town, but would stay here again, too.

I enjoyed my 1-night stay at the Mercure Hotel am Olympiapark. The decor is very trendy and cool; the bed was comfortable; and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are small, but for one person staying one night, it was certainly sufficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. I stayed there for Oktoberfest and it was just what we needed.

Good location within reach of tram station and Olympia park and BMW museum. We had problem with water heating, though was fixed the staff could have showed more empathy on being reported to. The safe locker did not work either and was not fixed despite reporting.

The hotel was convienent however transport was a little difficult so uber was the better and cheaper option. Our initial room was very warm as the air condition, the next night we requested another room and it was great.

We appreciated the hotel, its cleanliness, convenient location, the hotel staff’s attentiveness and the great breakfast.

Very high spec for a 3 star hotel. Everything is superb. The only downside is the neighborhood but is easily reached with trams.
