"Nice hotel"

I like this hotel. The rooms are ok. Clean and with enough space for a a family of three. It is a bit worn, but I am told it is to be torn down, so it makes sense. Breakfast was really good, and breakfast patio is lovely to sit in. I also liked the pool and the pool area wich also have a nice little bar and lovely staff. Parts of the hotel has wall painting by the fascinating Flore. The artist was new to me, but I spent a good chunk of time in this hotel just staring at his art. Also it was quiet at night in our romm, and we had great view of the water. Walking distance to all we needed.

"Beautiful Hotel Excellent service"

We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful hotel and had an amazing time. Every staff member was so welcoming and accommodating. The food at La Mar, as well as the pool bar was so delicious and fresh. Housekeeping made sure that our room was perfectly serviced every day My daughter was amazed how all her toiletries and make up was neatly organized We spent most of our time at the pool and can’t express enough how much we enjoyed it Thank you to Entire staff and see you again Love you All

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The food was exceptional considering the fact it was in a hotel. We all enjoyed each day and all meals. As for my service staff, Mayelina was one of our morning and evening service staff with exceptional service. She was very attentive, super helpful with insight on the city, its transportation and where the Ice-cream spots might be. Leon was also great and very quick on spotting needs and providing service that was wonderful. I am sure I am missing some but wanted to name a couple that stood out to me. Please say hi to them and thank you. The ambience in Mandarin is great!! My room staff kept it clean and comfortable also. Nice experience here and the best food I have had in a hotel in a very long time. Thank you

Housekeeping must of forgot to give me bath towels when they cleaned my room on Saturday. When I went to shower Sunday morning, I didn't have any at all. I had to use the small hand towels. I had a flight to catch, so I didn't have time to wait for them to bring to my room.

"overpaid and bad service"

not good at all. Didn’t use my chase travel points as i pointed numerous times would like to get a full refund from the hotel. The hotel stay costed more than a monthly rent in a nice penthouse on brickell. Not worth it as this hotel is shutting down on May 31

"First time I’ve stayed in a Mandarin Oriental since the Frankfurt MO back in 2011 and last week reminded me how AMAZING"

From the moment I stepped out of the car the multiple doormen greeted me with smiles and nice comments from “that’s a great suit”(which made me smile as it’s my favorite Armani!)to welcome to Mandarin! The front desk associate Chloe was kind and efficient and when I mentioned I was a Fan she whipped out a Mandarin special chocolate bar as my free gift—another wow moment that basically lay the groundwork for a stress free enjoyable stay even though I was there for business not leisure. This hotel is closing soon and being rebuilt over 5 years so I’ll reserve comment on other elements. Location was fantastic and room service was first class. Housekeeping was flawless

"A Masterclass in Service Excellence "

The room and the view were lovely but it's the service that sets it apart. I cannot express how impressed I am with everyone I encountered! From bell services and the front desk to the poolside bartenders and in-room dining attendant, everyone was warm, kind and welcoming.
