因是半夜的航班我們是凌晨兩點過才到酒店，承蒙禮賓部的Francis Zhang 的熱情接待同時也认出我們儿年前也來住宿過，真是故鄉遇熟人，－掃疲乏之態. 第二天換到套房時前台的Jasmine 和她的同事非常熱情又麻利地邦我們完成換房的工作，效率很高，態度又好. 我們夫妻住了6晚，女兒她們四人住了3晚倆個小外孫女因幾年前來住過，這次重溫舊夢，感情依舊，對上海大酒店是贊不絕口. 住宿期間多次進出大門又是去廸斯尼女兒她們需寄放行李，禮賓部張經理等人都是非常客氣，服務週到. 客房阿姨打掃認真負責使我們有回家感覺。 歺飲部亮點：咖哩牛肉面的師傅現拉現煑，牛肉面口感很好，湯汁鮮美，咖哩放得也恰到好處，值得表揚；因太太身體不放便下樓吃早餐，需本人帶些粥之類食品給她，有早餐廳的員工（經理）很溫馨地替我准備了塑料食盒及塑料袋方便㩗帶. 謝謝了.

早餐品種較少，選擇不太多，－些中式早點如菜包，肉包放的時間較長，吃的時候已經涼了或者接近凉了，西式早点品種少。個別員工尚有提升服務質量的空間.

Location and beautiful rooms.

The property charged me a $300aud bond per room which is yet to be repaid. They owe me $600 aud. It’s now 3 weeks.

Jasmine Sun and Annie Ding are two of the staff that have been so helpful throughout the trip. They have been so kind and made our stay even better. It's all about the staff!

I paid for a double room for two adults and a small child. I was a bit put out when they asked me to pay for an extra breakfast, which is not cheap, for the child when we are already paying quite a lot to stay at the hotel for the week. Given the child is sharing a bed with me, it felt a bit...ungenerous.
