It was a perfect stay. Rooms are very good, breakfast excelent but the best esas the service. Our kid got sick and we get so much help, thanks to dr. Hoa and Hong Linh and Tung Do for the excellent support. When things are good, is easy. But in this moment we felt very well taken care of. Thank you so much for the attention and support!

One of the highlights of every stay is undoubtedly the breakfast — easily one of the best hotel breakfasts in the city, with both quality and variety that never disappoint. What truly made this trip especially memorable, however, was the outstanding service from Mr. Huy from the concierge team. From thoughtful local recommendations to helping secure reservations at difficult-to-book restaurants, he handled every request with genuine care and efficiency. More importantly, it was the small personal touches and the way he treated us like family that left the biggest impression. Exceptional hospitality is often found in the details, and Mr. Huy embodied that throughout our stay.
