Just a brilliant place to stay. Comfortable, clean, everything is quality. The staff are exceptional and determined to make your stay a happy one - special mention must go to Huy, Thoa and Tu who made my stay pretty much perfect. Gold star for the cheese omelette at breakfast! The gym is good too. Seriously, not sure I have a bad word to say about the Melia Hanoi or its staff, I'll be back!

We received wonderful service at the Melia Hanoi and the staff were extremely helpful. Our housingkeeping staff (Chau) was attentive to our every need in our long stay. Tu, Thua, Phuong, My and Ahn and the entire staff at the LEVEL really were exceptional & treat us all like VIPs!

Our stay at the Melia has been nothing short of amazing. Upon arrival we had an issue with our room, and director Hannah went above and beyond to make up for it. Hazel the front desk receptionist was also extremely helpful. We didn’t expect anything other than maybe a room change, but instead she upgraded the room, personally checked in to make sure our needs were met, accommodated a late check out request at the last minute, and overall made us feel well taken care of. We stayed for 2 nights before leaving for an excursion for a few days, and came back for another 2 nights. They even held our luggage during the time we were gone until we came back! Hannah has been generous, hospitable, and a pleasure to interact with. Thank you for everything Hannah! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the food is AMAZING. Both the breakfast buffet and the Cantonese restaurant were delicious. Breakfast is a smorgasbord of international cuisine with a fine dining touch. One woman in particular, Hieu, was so kind and gave us incredible service in the morning. We were heading out for a day trip and when we told her she brought over iced coffees, bananas and oranges to-go for our trip. A thoughtful gesture that went a long way. If we’re ever in Hanoi again, we will be sure to come back.

We stayed in April on our first trip to Vietnam. Hotel was beautiful so glad we booked it. Location was a short walk from the old town. We booked a level room and had access to the lounge which was worth the extra cost. Would recommend

It is a great hotel! Very friendly, helpul staff and very welcoming atmophere. it is a perfect location, just a short walk to Hoang Kiem Lake/French Quater and lots of great retaurant and Hanoi's attractions. The rooms are spacious and very clearn. Breakfast here... lots of great choices. Don't forget to stop by the Tea Shop. There are lots of lovely choices for the tea lovers. I'll be back here in 2027.
