we were on the 51st floor. What a fantastic view. Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff here are very helpful. Considering some of the rude people we saw them having to deal with. It costs nothing to be civil to people. Never ate at this place owing to our schedule.

They gave us a voucher for a free drink on the roof bar. The lady serving would be the rudest I have encountered in 4 visits to Thailand. didn't even finish the punch and never bought any more. The music on the roof bar was disgusting. Especially for a country in mourning. All about pedophiles and sex acts. music for the gutter. not up high. Really takes away from a fantastic location.

"Definitely our home in Bangkok."

The room was very spacious, and the amenities were provided for. We stayed on the 31st floor, and we stayed for 3 days and 3 nights. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay to explore the hotel even more. The revolving observation deck was amazing at night. There was also a desk for those who want to book tours, so it's more convenient to do everything in one place.

I did not like that we didn't have enough time. But that's a problem on our side, and not the hotel's.
