My purpose in coming to this hotel was to get some rest before a long flight. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide that, because the rooms are not well soundproofed at all. During the night, I was woken up by noisy neighbours, and early in the morning by housekeeping staff cleaning the surrounding rooms. The noise was really loud, almost as if my door had been open. I told the staff about this in the morning, but they behaved as if I had said nothing and simply ignored me. Since the staff were not able to show even a little empathy, I will be happy to write about this on Booking.com.
