"Empathetic and Caring Guest Services"

After needing to cancel our reservation, both Moises and Liah (along with the front desk employees) were so empathetic and understanding to our particular situation. We had a family emergency that Miles took his personal time to make an attempt to help solve our issue. Once we realized that Hilton cannot assist with our family issue, he offered to refund our money. I then needed to "Chat" online with the Help Desk and Liah was more than helpful in ensuring our questions were answered. THANK YOU to the front desk staff, Moises and Liah for your professional problem solving approach, compassion and customer service! If ever in the area again, we will look into staying at the Hilton, Miami Downtown!

"Worse than your average hilton!"

the reception staff were helpful

the hotel standard was well below what you would expect for a Hilton; we had to change room because bathroom unclean including pubic hair in bath and bathroom as a whole poor; the location is in the middle of a building site, we had no hot water initially and needed 2 members of staff (security and engineering) just to be able to use the room safe
