The staff was amazing along with the cleanliness. The pool had a spectacular view & the price was great. We did encounter a guy at the street level that was trying to push his authority, blaming us for our DoorDash delivery person leaving our items & leaving without us being present. They were not supposed to do that & tried to tell the guy that but his ego was bigger than his head obviously. Other than that, everything was great

Beautiful clean hotel

the elevators were not working majority of the time. For the price there was no breakfast offered other than Starbucks and an exorbitantly expensive breakfast buffet for $40 pp

There appears to be a significant lapse in billing controls at the property, particularly within the restaurant. Charges are being posted to guest rooms without any proper validation or verification by the staff. In my case, I was incorrectly billed for a meal at 7 PM despite not being present at the hotel during that time. Upon raising this with the front desk, the initial response was casual and lacked ownership, requiring multiple follow-ups and escalation to the manager on duty before the issue was corrected. While I understand that an internal investigation may be required, such incidents highlight gaps in process and accountability. Guests should not have to bear the inconvenience or spend time rectifying errors arising from inadequate controls at the restaurant level. I would strongly recommend implementing stricter validation mechanisms to prevent unauthorized room charges and ensure a more accountable and seamless guest experience.
