The pool and views always clean and friendly staff

The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

The only thing i really enjoyed about this property was the very large balcony area and the painted tennis courts. I dont think the area was the safest for walkability but it was convenient and close to the airport and cruise port.

Very nice hotel up-to-date, conveniently located near shopping restaurants 24 hours shuttle was the seller for us since we were traveling back so early. Also enjoy the mini balcony and the pool area.

Airport shuttle was very convenient and the pool was nice to take a dip in. The staff was lovely and very accommodating.

Half the plugs in our room not workin # 518 , no bathtub stopper, workmanship in bathroom awful, otherwise everything ok liked the first time I stayed here I was on 2nd floor.drinks and snacks very costly 2 candy bars 11.50.

The airport shuttle driver was very rude and speeding while driving. The driver pulled off and left me standing on the curb the first go round and I had to call the hotel to figure out where and how to get on the shuttle. There was no other option but to get dropped off at the sister hotel and I had to walk next door to the correct hotel. My original room smelled of rotting mildew and although my room was changed the new room carpet was wet my entire stay. There is a water leak in the hotel which contributed to the strong mildew smell. They charge a destination fee of $20 per day plus tax which is for Wi Fi, pool and the exercise room. It’s called a destination fee to hide the fact that this hotel is not a resort. This hotel also charges for parking. Everything is taxed by 7%. The entire staff is Hispanic and although they can speak english the staff chooses to have conversations in Spanish to other staff members while they serve you. I felt like more hospitality was only served to hispanic guests only. Oh and let’s not forget there are refrigerators in the rooms but no microwave. Not even downstairs in the lobby. This hotel wants you to buy food from the restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is $21 plus tax. While checking in the staff will let you know they will charge your card $100 for incidental damages buts it really to charge the destination fees. You will see the deduction when you check out. This hotel was so misleading!!
