We spent three nights at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi and consider it one of the best city hotels we have experienced worldwide. This historic property is a true institution, maintained in impeccable condition and presented with great attention to detail. The entire hotel is spotless and carefully preserved, reflecting both its heritage and its high standards. Amid the energy and constant movement of Hanoi, the hotel feels like a calm oasis in the middle of the bustle of the city. The atmosphere is elegant and quietly unique. The airport pickup and limousine transfer were very well organized and seamless. The staff operate with a very high level of professionalism and are consistently helpful. Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi stands for us among the top hotels worldwide. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful stay.
