We spent 6 nights at the start of our trip at this excellent hotel. Beautiful rooms, delightful staff and management that cares about your experience. We returned for our last night and booked a Horizon level room for late check out and lounge access. Management kindly extended our late check out to a later time and use of lounge for our late departure. Our first experience with Shanghai La hotels and will definitely stay again as this brand value their guests.
