The airport limousine bus operates to and from Narita International Airport to the hotel. Please contact the property in advance if you are travelling with multiple children. Rooms have a maximum capacity of 3 people, including children, per room. For more information, please contact the property directly. "Superbe séjour à Tokyo"

"Great Stay with Amazing Views and Dining"

We had a really nice stay at ANA InterContinental Tokyo in the Tsuki Suite. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had great views of the city. Having club lounge access was a big plus — we could choose between breakfast in the lounge (around the 35th floor) or the main buffet. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea and other lounge benefits. We tried the pop-up “Le Petit Chef,” which was a fun experience. We were in a private room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and the food and service were both great. We also ate at Unkai, which had a beautiful garden and pond view, and at Teppanyaki Akasaka with views of Tokyo Tower — both were really good. Overall, a great stay in a good location. Would definitely recommend.

"CLUB ...needs to be BETTER"

We stayed Club for 8 nights in total, and overall the Club was good BUT there was *definitely room for improvement*. The breakfast was good BUT not great. The evening food was the same. The Club lounge was FULL. This is the busiest Club lounge we have been too in the world. In Club ttere was a French waiter serving ..I think his name is Raphael. One night after waiting 15 minutes for a drink I approached the bar to re order and he was cross and told me to be patient. I found this embarrassing and rude :(. And I would have thought a French waiter with many years experience under his belt would have been able to handle being under pressure. As a guest I did not appreciate being spoken to this way. There was also an argument between 2 American guests whilst I was staying here, over children running around the lounge, which again was embarrassing to witness and to be honest I was suprised to see young children running around in Club. It is unacceptable. And Staff should have addressed this. There also needs to be a dress code in this club as despite some people dressing appropriately...some people dressed in attire they simple was disrespectful to others. Scruffy shorts with T shirts with dirty sandals in the club lounge in the evening is NOT acceptable..

"ANA Intercontinental Tokyo - the best!"

This is my sixth stay at the ANA Intercontinental, Tokyo. I keep coming back because of the amazing staff, great location and fantastic hotel. The club lounge is by far the best Intercontinental Club Lounge. Raphaël in the Club Lounge made our stay so memorable. Arrigato Raphaël for the great hospitality!!
