Location is excellent, situated close to St Stephens Green and staff were very friendly

Breakfast was poor by standards expected. Rashers were very streaky, sausages slightly undercooked, scrambled eggs very "watery". Had to wait 10 minutes for hash browns (which were lovely).Room was very warm but hotels continue to only provide winter duvets which were impossible to sleep in - not unique to this location but surely summer duvets can be made available.

The shower and linen were not clean. There were lots of hair strands on the bed and the window. Stain on the sheet.

Location was perfect and very friendly and helpful staff

Cleanliness of bedrooms and bathrooms were poor - filthy grouting in the shower and previous guests hairs on the bedding. Also the TV didn’t work in one of the rooms

It’s very convenient to city centre

We had to wait until 2.30 to check in which was annoying as we were rushing to a concert and had to get ready in the bathroom which was not ideal considering the cost.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff from beginning to end. Was able to check in early which was appreciated after a long travel day. Concierge Lois was wonderfully accommodating upon my departure in booking a tour for me when I had difficulty. Very cozy room and comfortable bed. Definitely recommend. Looking forward to my next visit.
