Die Zimmer waren wirklich toll und auch der Blick aus dem Fenster war Mega

Das Personal an der Rezeption war wirklich sehr reserviert und nicht nicht wirklich interessiert ob der Aufenthalt gut oder nicht gut war. Zudem konnten wir erst 30 Minuten später einchecken, auch ohne ein „es tut uns leid“ schade, ansonsten war aber alles top

Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Donau. Zum Stadion perfekt gelegen.

Das Einschecken freundlich, das Ausschecken kurz angebunden. Frühstück Auswahl in Ordnung aber das gesamte Umfeld hektisch und nicht entspannend. Sehr lange Wartezeiten auf Getränke obgleich die Anzahl der zu bedienenden Gäste überschaubar war. Und wenn angekommen, abgestellt und gut.

Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas muy completas. El desayuno muy bueno y completo y a orillas del Danubio

Llegué tarde casi a las 10 de la noche por el vuelo y cerraba el restaurante y en el bar solo tragos. Siendo un hotel apartado del centro y restaurantes creo que deberían tener un servicio de comida sencilla sandwiches etc para estas ocasiones. En relación al personal, correcto pero no se preocupaban mucho en entender el español...hoy en día Inglés y español se habla en todos los hoteles. Sobre todo muchachos jóvenes. Daba la impresión que molestaba el atender al huésped.
