Many staff seemed disconnected or untrained, many were not attentive or timely with orders. Upon booking in our rooms were not ready, we had access to the executive lounge were not given access, in fact until the two days later, we were fobbed off with drinks vouchers while we waited, worth €20, spent €200 on bubbles, then returned to book in and were created with ‘there’s a problem with your room… you need to wait again, we had already waited 2 1/2 hrs, then the shift manager came out and informed me I had booked 4 rooms not 2! I informed her I had in fact upgraded our 2 rooms twice and would not be paying for rooms I had not booked, after some discussion we got keys to our rooms, now 3 hrs later, it was not good enough, after spending around €2,000 for three nights. I am not sure I will return to that hotel, I might give Hilton a miss for some time to come.

Die Lage war sehr gut und wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf die Donau. Auch die Bar und das Frühstücksrestaurant boten einen tollen Blick auf die Donau.

Bereits bei der Anreise wurden wir vom Hotelpersonal unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen unser Auto SOFORT vom Check In Parkplatz zu entfernen, weil es voll ist. Die Dame von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, der Rest wirkte unmotiviert. An der Hotelbar wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Selbstbedienung ist, obwohl mindestens fünf Leute im Barbereich waren (es war nicht einmal voll). Das Geschirr am Frühstücksbuffet war teilweise schmutzig. Sehr sehr schade. Das Hotel hat wirklich eine super Lage und auch die Zimmerdamen und Zimmerherren leisten gute Arbeit. Wir hätten wirklich mehr für den doch stolzen Preis erwartet.

Ресторан на территории отеля . Кухня хорошая , но обслуживающий персонал оставляет желать лучшего . Слишком медленное , неквалифицированное .
