Very nice boutique hotel. Lovely staff, very nice food and comfy rooms made my short break very enjoyable indeed.

"unnecessary refund "

Hotel messed up on my husbands reservation leaving me with having to pay directly to the hotel at a higher cost.it was very disappointing.

"Stay was ok this time, great before"

I used to love this place. This stay though was not good because the internet did not work in my room, and I had video meetings to do. I brought it to the attention of the hotel for 3-4 days straight and on 5th day it was working fine. Other than that, the hotel is good and in a good area

Отель пыльный, халаты очень маленькие. Доброжелательный персонал, отличный завтрак. А вот в ресторане отравились, к сожалению. На 4* не тянет.

"Номер хороший, завтрак не впечатлил"

Отель очень удачно расположен - тихое место практически в центре Москвы. Наш номер был достаточно чистым и функциональным. Жаль только, что в нем не оказалось микроволновки (в описании номера она обозначена). Кровать и диван-кровать были удобными. Персонал отеля весьма внимателен и быстро реагировал на наши вопросы и просьбы. Завтрак был так себе, на 4 с минусом.

"Хороший отель для транзита, не более."

В целом отель соответствует своему статусу. Отель чистый и приветливый персонал. Смутил сильно один случай. От Отеля был подарен комплимент в виде сертификата в СПА. В котором четко написаны даты посещения, без ограничений по времени. На ресепшене мы специально уточнили, можно ли воспользоваться сертификатом после чекаута. Получив положительный ответ, придя в Спа, нас мягко говоря "вежливо" отшили, объяснив что им все равно что говорили в отеле. Конечно нужно понимать, что это была ошибка декоммуникации между сотрудниками Спа и Отеля и это комплимент а не платная услуга, но осадок остался весьма неприятным. Лучше бы и не было этого "комплимента"
