3連泊の予定でしたが、台風の為に最終日をキャンセルしました。返金不可のプランでしたので、そのままチェックアウトしようとしましたが、フロントの担当者さんがご親切に返金の提案をして下さいました。宿泊者に寄り添ったご対応をして下さって、大変恐縮しましたが嬉しい出来事でした。次回も丸の内ホテルさんを是非利用させて戴こうと思います。ありがとうございました。

Location is gold. Staffs were very helpful. Space smells nice and clean

Cleaning of the room were not thorough enough. We stayed one day as transit and later come back for a few more days. We found an empty wine bottle from last occupants in the room when we did our last round of checking out
