Service was exceptional - very personalised and friendly Super good value for money with breakfast included Location was brilliant - right in the heart of the old city with olympic pool/fitness centre just opposite (not included) It is a bed and breakfast within a flat conversion but the facilities were like a good hotel

I don't often return to the same place, but for Naples, and the hospitality of Stefano and Giuseppe @ the Cloister Inn, I would make an exception. Perfect spot to stay. Grazie Mille!! Anne and Holly

This property was amazing! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and knows everything there is to know about Naples. He is eager to help you and would help you call a taxi to come at 6am if you needed, as he did for us. The inn was located in the heart of Naples and almost everywhere was easily accessible by foot. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We were originally booked for a week in one of the 5 star hotels on Naples sea front but, due to unforeseen circumstances, had to cancel and rebook the trip two months later. The original hotel’s price has risen considerably so we looked for something more affordable and came across the Cloister Inn on Expedia. This turned out to be stroke of luck as the Cloister Inn is not only a really well organised B&B but is also very, very central to everything in the historical district ‘Centro Storico’. You can walk out of the front door and be at any of a dozen places of interest within minutes. There are a multitude of little shops of all kinds, and cafes and restaurants in the streets around. (Don’t let the Google Earth pictures put you off - they are old and the other hotel on Vico Pallonetto Santa Chiara is now fully rebuilt and the street is NOT a building site as it would suggest.) The Cloister Inn owners are extremely helpful and provide an excellent service - like a ‘home from home’. Nothing is too much trouble and they can offer a wealth of useful information about Naples and very good tips on where to go for the best restaurants etc. All-in-all Cloister Inn is to be thoroughly recommended.
