Hyde Suites Midtown Miami

Very beautiful hotel in a central location. Came to Miami to celebrate a birthday and could not have asked for a better place to stay. After comparing AirBnB options we decided to stay at Hyde Midtown instead since for the same price as the AirBnB options the hotel offered a higher quality room. The location was our favorite part since we were able to visit every part of Miami with a quick couple minutes drive. There is also everything you can need walking distance with all the surrounding stores and nightlife. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire weekend. The room itself was clean, spacious, and offered a nice view of the open park outside. There was also a very large gym within the hotel that was bigger than most we've seen at other hotels with good array of equipment along with a nice rooftop pool. Overall, we will definitely be coming back any time we visit Miami.

Dear guys!!! The ADA platinum suite has been the perfect match for my 6 month experience as a wheelchair user the whole Hyde midtown hotel team has been great with me !!! A special thanks to Rob, Renata, ismael, claire, Kimberly, Billy, Samantha, Henry. All of them has always been available and accommodating. I will be missing them very much. Indeed, I have a very special feeling for them. I feel like I am part of The Hyde midtown hotel family forever after spending so long with all of them. I am pasting my Hotels.com review here as well. THERE WERE BEDBUGS!! We were bit!! It was so dirty!! Even though we put on the "Tidy Up My Room" sign noone came in to clean up the room. The hallways had left over trash on them for days. When we told the front desk about these, especially the bed bugs - they told us they would investigate and get back to us. For 3 days now no one reached out. Horrible stay, horrible hotel. Update: It has now been 5 days, and we still haven’t heard back.

Best service, friendly people and staff

Location is great and service good. However, I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi and it was jacuzzi closed for multiple days of my stay.
