"10/10 will stay again."

Very friendly staff, very helpful with all my questions. We were allowed to check in very early since there was already a room available when we arrived. the busses to Universal were all clean, will return to endless summer resorts for out next universal trip.

The hotel cafeteria prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected.

"Great stay, loved being onsite"

This hotel is fantastic for the price. We opted for Surfside as it’s significantly smaller than Dockside. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We loved the inside Starbucks, the food court was great too. Pool area is nice with a good amount of umbrellas and music in the water which was cool. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Only negative is the hairdryer was very weak and took an age to dry my hair, will definitely take my own next time. I didn’t have much issues with the noise, only 1 evening did we get disturbed by a crying child but otherwise all was ok. The shuttle service to the parks is fantastic, they go so regularly we never waited more than 10 minutes. It was our 4th trip to Orlando and our first staying on site, we will definitely stay here again.
