Royalton CHIC Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

Everything was beautiful! Samara and Sandra went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were the best butlers we could ever ask for. They gave great recommendations for dining off site. Vibe team was amazing! Diego convinced me to do water aerobics and Zumba on my vacation. Lol I plan on coming back!

We did have a great time at the Royalton-beach was beautiful, staff were great and room was nice. We stayed Diamond club which for me, was worth it to have access to the lounge and quieter pool. I did not like the big pool-it got very rowdy and by the end of each day there was always a layer of slime on top of the water. I guess this is due to how many people use the pool, the foam parties and people not vacating the pool to use the bathroom which massively put me off. Our butlers were nice but we didn’t have much contact with them. They were always great when we text for anything though. reserving loungers by the diamond club pool-I never had a problem as I am an early riser and was down by the pool for 8ish every morning to sit on a bed, but people were paying the pool attendant $10/$15 a day to reserve 4/5 beds each which was ridiculous. Some beds were not used all day which meant people were wandering round for ages looking for a sun lounger. Food in the restaurants was not great but the buffet was very good so we never had any issues getting nice food. Avoid the Italian. One downside to staying on the sunset side-the outside of the hotel has flashing coloured lights on the balcony which made it impossible to sit out and relax at night. Our favourite night was the Mexican night. Staff worked extremely hard to put on such a show stopping event. Overall we had a really good time at Royalton-but this is a real party resort so bear that in mind.

We had a group of 10 people that went here for a week. Overall it was average at best. The food was solid and the service at the restaurant's and bars was good. Room service was limited and took a long time to show up. I would classify this as a party resort. The beach was a complete mess. Seaweed dominated the water near the hotel so no one was on the beach. The resort is very loud. If you want to relax I would choose another resort. The have one main pool with only 18 chairs around it. We have been to 5 different resorts In Mexico and this I would rank this one last. A decent resort that is all party all the time.

I highly recommend Royalton CHIC! My husband and I first stayed here two years ago to celebrate our 40th birthdays, and we recently returned to celebrate Father’s Day and our wedding anniversary. Both times, we booked the ocean-view Diamond Club package suite, and it was absolutely worth it. Arturo and Marisol, were amazing, attentive, friendly, communicative, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was beautifully decorated upon arrival and refreshed every day. The entertainment was nonstop, and there was always something fun to do. We had an incredible experience both times, and we will definitely be back again!

I had an amazing stay at the Royalton CHIC Cancun, on a recent girl’s trip! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. There is onsite security and you have to scan a wrist band for access to the rooms so I felt very safe, as I stayed in a room alone. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to my butler, Iran, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. He checked in with me daily to make sure everything was perfect and was always quick to assist with any requests. His exceptional service truly made my vacation even more enjoyable. I also visited the spa and received the best massage of my life! It was amazing! 10/10 I highly recommend Royalton CHIC Cancun to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway. The resort is beautiful. I can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. It is a wonderful hotel located right on the beach, offering excellent value for money. The dining room, with its ocean view, is a wonderful experience in itself, and the hotel facilities are excellent. The culinary experience was truly above and beyond: breakfast, lunch and dinner, several restaurants, fast food options, and room service, everything was of a very high standard. The meals were very diverse, with plenty of options of all kinds. The food was fresh, high-quality and clean, and the service was excellent. A huge special thank you to Chef Canella for his personal attention, sensitivity and consideration regarding all my dietary restrictions. He truly saved me every day, and I am deeply grateful to him for that. Many thanks also to Yitzhak and the wonderful and special Abigail from the restaurant, for the special meal she prepared for me with great talent, despite all my dietary restrictions. A special thank you also to Bernaldinho from room service for his endless kindness. Thank you to all the hotel staff, who were attentive, polite, service-oriented and pleasant throughout the entire resort. In addition, every few days, the hotel hosts a large and impressive event in the hotel plaza, such as a guest artist performance or a folklore show with dinner. Every evening, there is also a dance club for young people, which adds to the lively atmosphere of the hotel. Highly reccommended!

The check-in experience with the representative, Mabel, was very unpleasant. I arrived at the hotel after a long journey, tired and exhausted, and full of expectations. Unfortunately, the first person I encountered was Mabel, who was impatient, unpleasant, and even aggressive. This was my first impression and welcome at the hotel, and sadly, it was a very disappointing one. However, I must emphasize that the rest of the staff throughout the front desk was excellent.

Royalton chic was a great experience! The atmosphere was clean, friendly, and live!! Our room was nice and had a great view. It came with a mini bar that was refilled daily and a bottle of champagne with desserts. The location was perfect for us due to the mall Being only 5-7 minutes away. If you don’t like to party and would prefer a quiet vacation this is not the resort for you. Although it’s luxurious, classy, and high end We stayed on the 14th floor and you’re able to hear the base from the rooftop party. Not too loud but still able to hear. We were also given butlers. We had two Marisol and Arturo. They were phenomenal! Very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Especially Marisol!! She made sure we were well taken care of. They also make sure you’re given the itinerary every morning so you’re not missing out on all the activities. They will book your excursions, dinner reservations, taxis, etc for you. That definitely made our stay stress free. Over all I rate my stay a 10/10 and would definitely recommend to my party people!

Iran our butler was incredible!! Everyday he checked in with us and not only met but exceeded our expectations. He was so kind and attentive and made our 25th anniversary even more special!!
