Трохи далеко від центру, але дуже тихо і спокійно. На трамваї 20 хв до центру міста. Трамвай номер 2.

Value for money, Spotlessly clean bathroom and well connected by tram

Staff could have been a little more helpful. There was no space to put a laptop. A small desk would have been helpful.

Location was near tram station so it was easy to go to city center and back. It was good in terms of value vs cost

I booked 9th, 10th and 11th of May. I arrived at 7 am, 10th of May and the staff caused a problem telling my reservation was cancelled due to no show up. I told them in booking.com it’s still shown as confirmed, also they haven’t checked with me, they haven’t sent any message or email. I was so tired because I arrived with a night train, didn’t sleep all night, and actually it was the reason why I booked 9th of May too, so that instead of early check in (which is usually not guaranteed), I would have a place to take a shower and sleep after long commute. After arguing with the staff for like 7-8 minutes, they rebooked my room in their system and let me in.

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen und nettem Personal, schönes Frühstücksbuffet das sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch noch nach Mitternacht zu erreichen ist 👍🏻

Die 2 Dachfenster hatten bei Einzug schon Fettdapper und der Teppich hatte 2/3 größere Flecken
