MGM Cotai

I love the atmosphere of it, it seems like I am in an exhibition, we love art, so it's really comfortable for us. We could take a slow walk here, the lobby manager took us to walk around and introduced the art pieces professionally , this was a really cool surprise coz we haven't had any expectations of a hotel can do it like this.

Generally ok but too busy in the storage side, not enough staff for the delivery. Nonetheless the front desk staff is delivering up to standard services.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the bathroom smells like smoke.

Checking into the MGM Hotel in Macau, I was very impressed. The reception staff - Carol Wang particularly very helpful, providing guidance to visit various tourist attractions. She made an effort to make travel itinerary for us and printing it out as a program, then copying it to everyone in my group, along with distributing the Macau guidebook. Besides that, all staff of MGM were warmly welcomed with smile and inviting everywhere. In particular the breakfast room, all the staff were very efficient and enthusiastic about their work and provided excellent services. In addition, the room is luxurious and comfortable, with perfect design and functions using high-quality materials and equipment. The water flow is very strong. The bed is comfortable, the towels are white and clean. Aminity is something that has been carefully thought out and delicately designed with unique artistic packaging style unlike any other. If there's a chance, I'll definitely want to come back.

Bring my kids to enjoy a chill out Sunday at MGM COTAI. We went to Anytime for afternoon tea. The sweets there lights up the kids day! Also the decorations and the Bee flying show even switched on the kids’ hyper mode. MGM COTAI was a great place for family chill out at weekend. I requested higher floors book my room over a month in advance and I get the lowest floor when i checked in ar 4:45pm. Only the fruits are good on the buffet table. The sunny side egg I ordered is warm Everything else is cold. I didnot go back for breakfast the next day. The shower in my room is broken and need to be fixed the next morning.

Beautiful place to visit with family, especially the spectacular Ching dynasty tapetries and displays. There is a sense of opulence and beauty with an artistic presentation of the rich Chinese culture. Would recommend visiting when you are in Macau.

MGM cotai is very well designed , all the staff are very friendly and helpful, specially the front desk staff Ms. Jessy introduced and explained a lot very clear information travel in Macao. I'll be back here again and looking forward to seeing Jessy again very soon.
