La habitación el piso sucio, las sabanas no las limpian como debe ser, huelen muy mal, las sillas rotas, no colocan cafetera, no colocan secador para el cabello, las habitaciones huelen a humo otras a curri tuve que cambiarme de habitación, no recomiendo ese hotel me siento estafado, el baño sucio, las cortinas rotas debería devolverme el dinero

They said they allowed pets I have a service dog because of my seizures. When I first got there they didn’t charge me. Two days later they said I had to pay a pet fee. I informed them that as a service dog, she asked me what kind of service they provided. I told her that I would bring down the papers for her. She said it was OK. She would not charge me and then later on that night she told my husband that he was supposed to pay for pet fee. Since he didn’t we couldn’t renew our room. I only got 3 Towels with four people in the room I try to get more. The cleaning lady wouldn’t give me more. Wouldn’t even trade in my dirty ones for clean ones. She said that she had just enough for the room. She was cleaning on her cart.

At first in the first room I booked we had a problem with the AC but the receptionist was kind and respectful and gave us a new room without any problems

This was the worst hotel experience ever! i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

very bad smell. a chemical smell that burn the nose. roach crawling on the wall.
