I have stayed in many hotels, and this is truly one of the best. The staff here is exceptional whenever an issue came up, they attended to it immediately. A special shout-out to Mohamed in F&B, as well as Ismail and Rawdan at the front desk, who were all remarkable and provided fast, highly personalized attention. Even though this is a 3 star property, the amenities and services are absolutely on par with a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for incredible value for money.

Nothing, I did not have any issues or complaints on this hotel, so good.
