"Não fica em Ginza apesar do nome"

Equipe atenciosa, muitas amenidades disponíveis, relativamente próximo à estação

Apesar do nome do hotel conter Ginza, ele não fica na região de Ginza, cerca de 20min caminhando. Isso acabou nos induzindo ao erro quando escolhemos a acomodação.

The hotel is quite new so everything was very well kept and clean. Lot of amenities. Very good breakfast and the location is quite good with 2 or 3 different metro lines within 5 to 10 min. The beds were very comfy as well as the pillows. Nice touch giving us pyjamas. The room was to the smaller size but it is Japan and it is quite normal

We booked all days with breakfast but the last day we left early at 6 am. The hotel could not provide us with a breakfast box or even some coffee and sandwich. Could neither give us a refund of the payed breakfast. When booking we could not choose not to pay for the last night. So we ended up paying for nothing.
