La gentillessede la propriétaire et de son fils, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse servi a table, la chambre assez spacieuse et la salle de bain assez grande. Le calme du quartier

Le lit peut être un peu dur, si on aime un lit moelleux.

Tuvimos la habitación “Rose”, la cama principal muy cómoda. La terraza para desayunar. Opción de frigorífico fuera de la habitación. Desayuno bueno pero siempre el mismo.

En general está viejo, aunque tenga cierto encanto, podría mejorarse. Había hormigas en la habitación pequeña y esa cama era incómoda porque se notaban los muelles. Para acceder a ciertas habitaciones tienes que subir un último piso andando porque no llega el ascensor…

These are excellent apartments for Naples. The city is quite complex, so choosing an apartment was difficult, but I was right. The apartment is a little tired and could use some updating, but that's okay. Everything is clean and cozy. A 10 is also given for the terrace, the delicious breakfast, and the wonderful hostess. There's an elevator, but you have to walk up one flight to get to the top. It was fine for us, but it might be a problem for older people.

The area seems a bit unsettled, so I wouldn't go alone at night, but it's close to the port, which was important for us. I'd also add mosquito repellent to the room; we had a lot of them.

The balcony was beautiful, gives the full view of Naples. Very close to the centre. Beautiful place.

Point to note - they don’t have bottled water. Tap water was fine tho. The last floor is only steps no lift, we had heavy luggage. And parking is paid and 5 mins walk.

Da rivedere gli arredi, muri rovinati, soffione doccia pieno di calcare probabilmente non lavato da anni (basta poco cambiarlo), pavimento un po’ sporco e rovinato, persiane rotte.

Die Unterkunft ist mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer Saphir hatte ausreichend Platz und einen wundervollen Ausblick auf Sant Elmo. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Terrasse bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.
